Welcome to the membership application for the Leslie C. Quick, Jr. Recreation Complex!

Fairfield University’s Department of Recreation is offering summer memberships to the Town of Fairfield residents and the Town of Fairfield business owners.

Membership Information

Term of Membership: May 20 – August 18, 2025
Closed: May 25-27, June 19th, July 4-6 and August 2-3
Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, Saturday - Sunday, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
Membership Fees: Resident 18 years of age or older as of May 20, 2025 - $150
A parent or a legal guardian must be a member to add child members under 18 - $75.00 per child
Visiting Student enrolled in summer courses at Fairfield University - $100.00 (students do not have to be Fairfield residents or show proof of residency)
Prorated memberships are not available.
NOTICE:
May 27 - June 3
The pool will not have hot water, and the showers will have limited hot water.

Requirements

Adult:

Any person 18 years or older as of May 20, 2025

Resident of Fairfield:

Any person occupying a dwelling place within the Town of Fairfield, including summer residents

Proof of Residence:

Drivers license with current Fairfield address AND a copy of a utility bill or lease agreement

Business Owner:

Individual that owns a place of Business in the Town of Fairfield

Proof of Business Ownership:

Copy of current Fairfield business documentation

All members MUST have an active StagCard (Stag Card Office) and wipe down equipment before and after each use.

Proof of residency or proof of business ownership must be provided and confirmed with Danielle Anderson (danderson1@fairfield.edu) or Betsy Blagys (eblagys@fairfield.edu) at the RecPlex Monday – Thursday, 10 am – 3 pm. Please e-mail danderson1@fairfield.edu to make arrangements if these times do not work.

Available Facilities:*

All cardio and strength/conditioning equipment - Must be 18 years of age or older.
Exercise and Spin rooms - Must be 18 years of age or older.
Indoor 25-meter pool - **Pool availability will be limited due do summer camps and lifeguard availability. Patrons are strongly encouraged to contact the reception desk to verify the lifeguard “on duty” status (203) 254-4141
Fieldhouse courts - limited hours due to summer camps
Racketball court
Elevated Track
Locker rooms

* Special university events, swim and sports camps, and general facility maintence will limit the availability of the spaces.

Credit card is the only accepted form of payment

Children in the RecPlex

Children (under 18 years old) in the RecPlex Rules and Restrictions.

Children are limited to the pool, field house, elevated track, and racketball court.
*The pool and field house will have limited hours due to summer camps and lifeguard availability.

All children MUST have a liability waiver on file signed by a parent or legal guardian. Therefore, when purchasing a child membership, you must read and check the liability waiver below. In addition, if you or your child member plans on having a minor guest, they must bring a signed liability waiver, as stated above, from their parent or legal guardian. Note: Grandparents, older siblings, caregivers, and likewise are not considered legal guardians and may not sign the liability waiver.
